Registration Instructions - Tuition Inclusion

Complete ALL FOUR steps. You will not receive an email confirmation until you’ve complete ALL FOUR steps.

***For those who registered between January 19th – February 25th, we are extending your reservation spot from 30 days to 60 days to complete your registration.

Step 1 - Reserve a Spot

This is for the 2022-23 school year and holds your spot for 30 days. There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee that is paid at this time.

*Please be aware that class session times may change based on school scheduling needs.

**This year we are using Hometown Ticketing to reserve your spot instead of Eventbite, so the process will be a little different.

Step 2 - Online Registration

    **If currently in Preschool 2021-2022, skip this step.**

Complete Online Registration Process within 30 days of completing Step 1.

  • Collect child’s Birth Certificate, Immunizations (from the doctor’s office), Proof of Residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, driver’s license, or something else connected to the home specifically) and any other Legal documents
  • Complete Online Registration in Skyward.
    • NOTE: Make sure you select “Preschool” as your school. DO NOT choose any other school or we will not receive your packet. 
  • Complete steps 3 and 4. 

Step 3 - Complete Additional Required Forms

Complete the following financial forms(pick the one that fits the program you’ve signed up for) and the preschool contract. Follow Step 4 to learn how to submit these forms within 30 days of completing Step 1.

NOTE: Fill out the Payment Authorization form WITHOUT the account or card number filled in. We will contact you for this information once we receive your form. 

OPTIONAL: Fill out the Reduced Rate application and bring it with you to see if you qualify for reduced tuition. The Reduced Tuition Eligibility document can help you determine if you may be eligible. You will need minimum 1 months proof of income, last years W-2, or tax return.

Step 4 - Submitting Additional Forms

Send the forms from STEP 3 in one of the following ways:

  1. Scan all documents and send to [email protected]
  2. Fax all documents to 801-785-8800
  3. Bring all documents to our new office at the Special Education Building – (350 N. State Street in Lindon) between 9am-1pm. We are located at the front of the building.

Please check school websites for school based resources, such as bell schedules and school meals. Employees should visit the Alpine Employe Gateway for employee specific resources. 

Registration is postponed until further notice.

Steps to Register

01.

View the Clear Creek Camp Schedule in the “Registration FAQs” document. We recommend selecting a few dates in case your first choice sells out.

02.

Once registration is open, click “Eventbrite Registration” and select the date of your choice.

03.

Fill in all requested student registration information and pay the required registration fee.

04.

Complete Student Information & Health Form.
