Registration Instructions for 2024-25 School Year- Tuition Inclusion Program

Complete ALL THREE steps. You will not receive an email confirmation until you’ve completed ALL THREE steps.

Step 1 - Reserve a Spot

This is for the 2024-25 school year and holds your spot for 7 days. There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee that is paid at this time.

To check availability, reserve a spot, or put your name on the waitlist, please use the “Availability” link here. A waitlist option is now listed with the other ticket options for each school. 

Step 2 - Required Forms and Submittal

After reserving a spot on Step 1, complete both the Payment Authorization Form and the Contract.  See the submittal section below on how to submit to our Preschool Department.  These forms need to be submitted within 15 days of completing Step 1.

All form listed below are fillable PDFs when downloaded to your device.

Income verification is required to apply for tuition assistance. If additional items are requested, they must be provided in order to process your reduced tuition or other tuition assistance applications.

Submittal Options

Send these items in one of the following ways…

1 – Scan or take pictures of the documents and send to [email protected]

2 – Bring the documents to our office in the Special Education Building (350 N. State Street in Lindon) between 9am-2pm.

Step 3 - Online Registration

    **If currently in Preschool 2023-2024 and your child’s information has not changed, skip this step.**

Complete Online Registration Process within 15 days of completing Step 1.

  • Complete Online Registration in Skyward.
    • Please note on the following page – Out of Boundary requests ARE NOT REQUIRED for Tuition Inclusion Preschool. Please start with Step #2 “Gather Documents.”  Proof of residency still is required and must show a parent or guardian’s name and current address.  
    • NOTE: Make sure you select “Preschool” as your expected school.  
    • Please SCROLL DOWN on each section of the Skyward application to make sure you have completed ALL questions for each step.

Please check school websites for school based resources, such as bell schedules and school meals. Employees should visit the Alpine Employe Gateway for employee specific resources. 

Registration is postponed until further notice.

Steps to Register

01.

View the Clear Creek Camp Schedule in the “Registration FAQs” document. We recommend selecting a few dates in case your first choice sells out.

02.

Once registration is open, click “Eventbrite Registration” and select the date of your choice.

03.

Fill in all requested student registration information and pay the required registration fee.

04.

Complete Student Information & Health Form.
