Registration Instructions for 2023-24 School Year- Tuition Inclusion Program

Complete ALL THREE steps. You will not receive an email confirmation until you’ve completed ALL THREE steps.

Step 1 - Reserve a Spot

This is for the 2023-24 school year and holds your spot for 30 days. There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee that is paid at this time.

*ATTENTION:  Please be aware that the School Board is in the process of reworking Belmont and Traverse Mtn. boundaries.  We are enrolling students at Belmont anticipating we will be able to keep a Preschool here, but BE AWARE this is subject to change based on the Board’s decision (the Preschool may be asked to move to Traverse).  We also have moved the Westmore Preschool to Foothill. Please be aware that class session times may change based on school scheduling needs.

Step 2 - Required Forms and Submittal

After reserving a spot on Step 1, complete both the Payment Authorization Form for your 3 year old OR 4 year old and the Contract.  See the submittal section below on how to submit to our Preschool Department.  These forms need to be submitted within 30 days of completing Step 1.

NOTE: Fill out the Payment Authorization form WITHOUT the account or card number filled in. You can contact us or we will contact you for this information once we have received your form.

Submittal Options

Send these items in one of the following ways…

1 – Scan or take pictures of the documents and send to [email protected]

2 – Fax documents to 801-785-8800

3 – Bring the documents to our office in the Special Education Building (350 N. State Street in Lindon) between 9am-2pm)

Step 3 - Online Registration

    **If currently in Preschool 2022-2023, skip this step.**

Complete Online Registration Process within 30 days of completing Step 1.

  • Collect child’s Birth Certificate, Immunizations (from the doctor’s office), Proof of Residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, driver’s license, or something else connected to the home specifically) and any other Legal documents
  • Complete Online Registration in Skyward.
    • NOTE: Make sure you select “Preschool” as your school. DO NOT choose any other school or we will not receive your submission.

Please check school websites for school based resources, such as bell schedules and school meals. Employees should visit the Alpine Employe Gateway for employee specific resources. 

Registration is postponed until further notice.

Steps to Register

01.

View the Clear Creek Camp Schedule in the “Registration FAQs” document. We recommend selecting a few dates in case your first choice sells out.

02.

Once registration is open, click “Eventbrite Registration” and select the date of your choice.

03.

Fill in all requested student registration information and pay the required registration fee.

04.

Complete Student Information & Health Form.
