Registration Instructions - Tuition Inclusion

Complete ALL THREE steps. You will not receive an email confirmation until you’ve completed ALL THREE steps.

Step 1 - Reserve a Spot

This is for the 2022-23 school year and holds your spot for 5 days. There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee that is paid at this time.

*Please be aware that class session times may change based on school scheduling needs.

**This year we are using Hometown Ticketing to reserve your spot instead of Eventbrite, so the process will be a little different.

Step 2 - Required Forms and Submittal

After reserving a spot-on Step 1, complete a Financial form (pick the one that fits the program you signed up for) and the Preschool Contract. See the Submittal section on how to submit to the Preschool Department. These forms need to be submitted within 5 days of completing Step 1.

NOTE: Fill out the Payment Authorization form WITHOUT the account or card number filled in. You can contact us or we will contact you for this information once we have received your form.

Submittal Options

Send these items in one of the following ways…

1 – Scan or take pictures of the documents and send to [email protected]

2 – Fax documents to 801-785-8800

3 – Bring the documents to our office in the Special Education Building (350 N. State Street in Lindon) between 9am-1pm)

Step 3 - Online Registration

    **If currently in Preschool 2021-2022, skip this step.**

Complete Online Registration Process within 5 days of completing Step 1.

  • Collect child’s Birth Certificate, Immunizations (from the doctor’s office), Proof of Residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, driver’s license, or something else connected to the home specifically) and any other Legal documents
  • Complete Online Registration in Skyward.
    • NOTE: Make sure you select “Preschool” as your school. DO NOT choose any other school or we will not receive your packet.

Please check school websites for school based resources, such as bell schedules and school meals. Employees should visit the Alpine Employe Gateway for employee specific resources. 

Registration is postponed until further notice.

Steps to Register

01.

View the Clear Creek Camp Schedule in the “Registration FAQs” document. We recommend selecting a few dates in case your first choice sells out.

02.

Once registration is open, click “Eventbrite Registration” and select the date of your choice.

03.

Fill in all requested student registration information and pay the required registration fee.

04.

Complete Student Information & Health Form.
